Having carefully sourced the best fresh produce and ingredients, at our distribution hub in Downham Market we carefully bring all this together to offer an unrivalled regional delivery service using our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

After undergoing our strict quality and food safety controls our produce is carefully stored in our dedicated storage areas with various temperature regimes providing the optimum environment for each product. From here it is picked and packed by one of our trained staff and assembled in our dedicated temperature controlled despatch area ready for its onward journey to our customers.

Once loaded onto the vehicle, our drivers will carry out the last quality checks on their load and safety checks on their vehicle before setting off on their pre-determined route to provide an individual service to each customer. Our operations staff can monitor progress from our state of the art tracking software which allows second by second location of each vehicle at any time. If our vehicles are held up for any reason our drivers will call in and we can speak to customers to advise of an updated delivery time.

Once at your site our drivers will unload and check off the items ordered and advise of any shortages before asking for a signature. In the event of a problem our drivers carry a small amount of cash for local purchases to ensure that customer’s needs are met as fully as possible.
